Nicolle Landwehr is a financial professional serving individuals, businesses, and associations throughout the North Oregon Coast and surrounding communities. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Nicolle takes a comprehensive, client-centered approach to financial planning. She works with clients to identify their goals and needs, develop investment strategies, implement solutions, and monitor progress over time.
Nicolle is affiliated with Nations Financial Group, Inc., a regional broker-dealer and SEC-registered investment adviser. Brokerage services and securities are cleared through First Clearing Corporation. She offers a range of investment solutions, including individual stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, managed products, and annuities. Nicolle is also registered as an investment adviser representative through Nations Financial Group, Inc.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance from Portland State University in 1993. Nicolle holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 licenses and is licensed in insurance in the state of Oregon. She is committed to ongoing professional education and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism in her work.
Active in her community, Nicolle is a member and past president (2006–2007) of the Seaside Rotary Club. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Oregon and both the Seaside and Astoria Chambers of Commerce. She has served as an instructor for the Retirement & Employee Benefits course at the University of Portland for CFP® candidates.
Nicolle resides in Astoria, Oregon, with her husband, Monte.
